Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Update 9 Didn’t Resolve All Stuttering Issues

It's a well-known fact that Star Wars: Jedi Survivor was not well-optimized for PC. Players were struggling with frame issues and stuttering consistently, which was also prominent in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
