The standard models will come with a Dynamic Island on the display and all four models will also feature a USB-C port. Apart from the new products, Apple is also expected to update cases for the iPhone as well as Apple Watch bands. iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus

Apple is expected to upgrade the standard models with a USB-C port and Dynamic Island on the front. The iPhone 15 series will be a step closer to the iPhone 15 Pro models as far as looks are concerned. The devices will also feature a bigger battery and upgraded A16 Bionic chip for better performance.

iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max

Apple will also announce the highly anticipated iPhone 15 Pro and iPHone 15 Pro Max at its Wonderlust event on September 12. The 'Pro' models are expected to be announced with major camera upgrades, and USB-C. and a brand-new A17 Bionic chipset based on TSMC's 3nm process. With the upgraded chip and bigger battery capacity, the iPhone 15 could deliver the best battery life on any iPhone. Externally, it is reported that Apple will be moving away from stainless steel and adopting grade 5 titanium for enhanced durability.

Apple Watch Series 9

The Apple Watch Series 9 will feature one of the biggest changes since the launch of the Series 6 - an upgraded S9 chip based on the A15 Bionic. The new chip will ensure better computational and graphical performance on the Series 9 while being more power efficient for longer battery life. In terms of design, the wearable is expected to feature the same design but the company could introduce a new pink finish.

Apple Watch Ultra 2

Apple's most advanced Apple Watch is also getting some pretty nifty improvements, The Apple Watch Ultra 2 will be announced at Apple's Wonderlust event and you should expect an upgrade in built quality. What this means is that the company will also introduce a titanium finish on the Ultra 2. The titanium will be available in a dark gray finish, according to rumors. Additionally, the wearable will also house the S9 chip for better performance.

AirPods With USB-C Charging Case

It was recently covered that Apple will be looking forward to the USB-C on the iPhone as it plans to upgrade the AirPods charging case with a USB-C port as well. This will streamline the AirPods to work seamlessly with the iPhone 15 series. At this point, it is unclear which AirPods model would be upgraded.

New iPhone Cases and Apple Watch Bands

It is being reported that Apple will let go of Leather accessories and instead offer an alternative material. The new iPhone cases are expected to be called FineWoven at Apple's Wonderlust event announcement. It was previously reported that Apple will offer a dedicated USB-C cable with Thunderbolt capabilities for faster data transmission and charging speeds. Additionally, similar to the MacBook Air lineup, the company could introduce color-matched braided cables with the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 pro models.

Software Updates

Lastly, Apple could also announce the release date of its forthcoming iOS 17, iPadOS 17, watchOS 10, macOS Sonoma, and tvOS 17. Furthermore, we are expecting release candidate builds to be released soon after the event. iOS 17 and watchOS 10 are major updates for the iPhone and Apple Watch considering the number of forward-facing changes it will bring to the table.
