There is a "real possibility" that Apple's Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro will be available on the AR Headset

According to information shared by analyst Mark Gurman in a tweet, Apple's upcoming AR Headset will be able to run Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro. Final Cut Pro is designed for video editors while Logic Pro is oriented towards audio professionals. Gurman states that there is a "real possibility" of the software making their way to Apple's SR Headset. The information was shared after Apple announced that Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro will be making their way to the iPad.

Both software are currently available on the Mac and will be making their way to some iPad models. Take note that Apple could implement some design changes for fluid touch controls while keeping the entire experience similar. Additionally, if the software will be available on Apple's AR Headset, Apple could design it in a way that is user-friendly and open to new input controls. The analyst coins that Apple would have to tweak the version of the platform to work seamlessly on the AR Headset.

As for Final Cut Pro on the iPad, Apple has announced that it will release it on March 23, potentially bundling it with iPadOS 16.5. Take note that not all iPad models will be compatible with the software. While the final word rests with Apple, we presume that Apple will restrict the availability of Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro to iPad models with an M-series chip. These iPad models include the iPad Pro models and the iPad Air 5 with an M2 chip. However, Logic Pro could be available on some iPad models with an A12 chip or later.

Apple is expected to announce its highly anticipated AR Headset at the WWDC 2023 event on June 5 alongside new software updates and a larger 15-inch MacBook Air. We will share more details on the subject as soon as further details are available. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
