Xbox Game Pass Adds Redfall, Minecraft Legends and More Over the Next Couple Weeks

Redfall

Microsoft has revealed the titles they’ll be adding to Xbox Game Pass on PC and consoles in late April and very-early May, and it’s a packed lineup filled with Day 1 releases. The headliners are a pair of Xbox first-party titles in Redfall and Minecraft Legends, but players can also look forward to The Last Case of Benedict Fox, Coffee Talk Episode 2, Cassette Beasts, and more.

Here are your headline Game Pass titles for the next couple of weeks:

Minecraft Legends (Cloud, Console, and PC) – Available today

Mojang’s blocky franchise branches out yet again, with Minecraft Legends. Developed by Hardspace: Shipbreaker and Homeworld 3 developer Blackbird Interactive, Minecraft Legends combines exploration, strategy, and base building into a unique package.

The Last Case of Benedict Fox (Console and PC) – April 27

Indie Metroidvanias are a dime-a-dozen these days, but The Last Case of Benedict Fox is still worth your attention. Featuring beautiful visuals, a stylish noir-ish Lovecraftian world, and a unique mechanic that sees you exploring the minds of the recently-deceased for clues, this one looks to be anything but another run-of-the-mill action-platformer.

Redfall (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S) – May 2

“The town of Redfall is under siege by a legion of vampires who have cut the island off from the outside world. Trapped with a handful of survivors, slay alone or squad up in open-world FPS action.”

These games will also be available in late April/early May:

  • Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly (Cloud, Console, and PC) – April 20
  • Medieval Dynasty (Xbox One) – April 20
  • Homestead Arcana (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S) – April 21
  • Cassette Beasts (PC) – April 26
  • BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle Special Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC) – April 27

Xbox Game Pass grants players access to more than 100 games for 10 bucks a month, while Xbox Game Pass Ultimate also gets you Xbox Live Gold and EA Play access — you can check out a full list of available console and PC games here.  You can sign up here.

This is the busiest period for Xbox owners in quite some time, so which Game Pass titles do you plan on tackling over the next few weeks?
